The protection of individual data is a major issue for MOBYTOP. MOBYTOP has therefore taken all necessary measures, to comply with relevant data privacy laws.
This privacy policy amends the data protection regulations in the Terms of Service of MOBYTOP.
MOBYTOP asks every user of this platform to carefully read the following data protection clauses.
1. Principles of any use of individual data
MOBYTOP complies with the following principles of individual data protection:
MOBYTOP only raises, processes and uses individual data subject to the data privacy laws of Germany and the relevant instructions of the European Union.
Mobytop will solely use the personal data of users for the execution of the respective order. Therefore personal data (name, address, telephone number) are only transferred to companies which are embedded in the execution of the specific service, insofar as it is inevitable. To execute the payments Mobytop will transfer billing data to its bank. There will be no transfer of personal data to any third party or any use of the personal data for commercial purposes. Personal data will be locked after total completion of the charging contract and billing and deleted after the expiration of any legal saving obligations.
2. Registration at MOBYTOP
To register at MOBYTOP and to use the services every user has to file certain individual data. These data however are not visible for any other user or third person.
3. Cookies
When registering at MOBYTOP we use Cookies to identify every user for the duration of his visit. Cookies are stored in the computer of the visitor during his visit and expire afterwards automatically.
4. Log-Files
When a user visits MOBYTOP, access data will automatically be stored at the server of MOBYTOP. We only use these log-files anonymously for statistic analysis, without any allocation or hints to the specific visitor.
5. Right of access to personal data
Every person has at any time the right of access to the personal data, which are stored about him, their origin and recipient, as well as the purpose of any data processing.
6. Right of withdrawal
At any time you have the right to withdraw your consent to any data processing for the future. In this case we ask you to address an email with your name, address and e-mail address to dataprotection@MOBYTOP.com. We will then immediately delete any personal data, except in cases of abuse of our platform or services.
7. Amendment of Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy at any time. In case of an amendment the user will be informed via email. A printout or storage of our privacy policy is possible at any time.
